As per the urgency of developing the website of Government and non-Government colleges within 20th April, 2010, circulated by Ministry of Education, we are likely to offer the following convenient package:

• The college has to provide necessary contents, logos, papers, pictures or information regarding the development of the website.
  
  

• The entire website will be developed on a single structure design; for multiple structure design, discussion is required for proper work volume and price.
  
  
  
• We suggest a Coordinator form the college who will be engaged to provide the necessary information and direction for developing the website in time without difficulty.
  
  
• The above package is fixed as the requirements of Government notice. If any college wants to develop additional dynamic modules and database for enriching their website value, Discussion is required for creating such new dynamic modules, in order to estimate the volume of work and price.
  
  
• A standard training will be given to the relevant officials for further editing and maintaining the website.
  
  
• Domain and hosting is a yearly contract, so colleges should renew their respective domain and hosting by their vendors before expiry in order to stay uninterrupted. The price for domain and hosting package is Tk. 4,000/- annually.
  
  
• Delivery: 7 days after receiving the work order and shaped soft copy (ms doc) content elements, pictures in jpg format.
  
  
• Payment terms: 50 % along with work order and rest amount with final delivery and upload.
